1. Save your pic as a .Jpg
2. In flash, press ''file'', ''import>'', ''import to library''.
3. Open your library, click the image and drag it to the stage.

Or you can import it directly into the stage.

Select your song on the timeline, go to the bottom of your screen, set sync to Stream, Repeat, 0.
