im gonna go listen to linkin park now
(btw, even most atheists accept that he was a real person)
yeah, seriously
dont bitch about lack of recognition
50,000 people saw your animation, ist that enough? and they rated it higher than i would have anyway
be happy for that
i have faith
he can totes do it like

Currently doing my first shot of a brandy glass being filled. Would appreciate some feedback on how to get it looking more like Brandy and not Mango Juice all other Criticism Welcomed.
Note: Will be adding Outside splashes maybe some dust particles and a reflection on the table.
Respect to all Animators. Peace.

it looks like mango juice cause there's no transparency in the liquid and you've used quite a light brown
brandy has more opacity and a draker tone
but nice animation
when i was like 12 it was a mix between some of my friends showing me how to animate in powerpoint, a comic that i had made when i was 10 and things on here like xiao xiao and salad fingers. plus i loved anime.
as i got older, it was more of a way to put together cool scenes without having to buy expensive cameras, hire actors and still have a painfully amateur look to it
so david firth, Zhu Zhiqiang, and various people on here and tv
that was amazing
like tv quality almost in a lot of cases
keep doing what you're doing, it's working

The punches weren't the same animation, though. They were two separate scenes. I guess I could have had him just punch one of the thugs, but I thought him hitting each thug worked better for the beats.
I agree though, I would prefer something much more kinetic and fast paced busy, but I really just wanted to get this promo/prequel for the series out there.
Thanks a ton for the feedback. I'm sort of learning as I go!
Sorry i didnt literally mean you copy pasted the scene twice, i meant that it was the same effect/motion as the previous scene and i thought both scenes lasted too long
but like i said, it's a minor issue at most and doesn't really detract from the quality
wow that was pretty awesome. i liked the consistent art style
only problem i thought was the amount of scenes where there was much actually happening (like when he punched the thugs, it was the same scene twice dragged out too long in my opinion)
but that's a minor issue at most, good job
hey guys im kinda new like
i was just wondering how far one is allowed to use an actor's likeness
cause im animating something and basically every character is based on a hollywood actor but i obviously own none of the rights to their faces - could i be sued potentially? for the record it is supposed to be in a humorous context
