Why didn't you just write it up as text then? Especially considering that the only part of the videos that needed to be relayed as information was the text itself.

On top of that, you can't expect anyone to be interested in anything before presenting even a shred of work.
How about actually showing us pages, drafts, anything - actual proof of work, not ideas as text in a video with unrelated music/images.

Thank you feedback like this is actually very helpful. I do intend on putting up a video of the main character called From Start to Finish

I also agree with everything Kinsei said and that music was the most annoying thing i've ever heard, the character designs looked pretty rubbish too. And with that obnoxious video i will unfortunately not be following anything you ever make unless you scrap the whole thing and work on art fundamentals.

Again what would you have done I'm more than willing to hear opinions but at least tell me something I can use. And as for the character design I'm very proud of my staff and will not be changing it in any way.

to be honest, I'm note sure why I'm replying to this. I can think up a couple sarcastic answers to that question, but they'll make me look even more like an ass than what I'm already going to do.

Anyway, I think I can take this one right off, but you have no clue what your doing with those videos.
When the thing said Read script, I figured that we'd end up with you reading your script. Man was I wrong. you took a bunch of unrelated anime pictures that neither you or your artist drew and strung them together with some music blaring over top and then some text that you couldn't read half the time because the type color couldn't be seen from the background. So yeah. basically every thing you did in that movie, don't do again. Its hard enough to fight off the stereotype that your some 12 year old kid who thinks he can write and think he has the next biggest thing to cartoons since Walt Disney bought all the rights to Technicolor Film for its first three years of its existence, with out this craptastic video.

So Ditch the music.
Ditch the Images.
Keep the images you actually have for the comic.
Ditch the type.
Do an actual reading of an actual script and not some bland overly done plot line.
Do a panel flow or story board shots

Do that and you may be able to salvage this project.

While I can see your point to the issues with my videos this should in no way cause your opinion on my manga to be negative. I never have nor will say I'm an expert at making videos. And for the record I'm 21 and recognize that I am new to this and while it may have all seemed random I can assure you that both the pictures used and the music do have meaning especially "Undoe" by Aranda. And it is very easy for you to tell me what I should not do but how would you make it better cause to be honest I did the video the way I did it because it gave the info I wanted to give in a familiar way that was not too time consuming to make as a lot of time is going into the project itself
