I've been doing some lip syncing and and I made graphic symbols for all the different mouth positions and then just copied and pasted them where needed.

Now I'm done though, there are a few changes I wanted to make to a few of the graphic symbols. Is there a way that I can edit one copy so that all the other copies on different frames are altered as well?

Ok, never mind. I figured it out.

It's because I'm on a Mac and apparently I have to hit the function key as well. Pain in the ass really.

I thought of that, insert new keyframe doesn't have a keyboard shortcut beside it though. Insert new frame does, F5, but it does nothing.

F7 and F8 do nothing either. I'm quite confused.

I'm playing about with flash for the first time in a few years trying to do some rotoscoping and I can't for the life of me figure out the keyboard shortcut for adding a new keyframe after I've finished drawing. I could have sworn it was just the spacebar. What is it?

I don't think putting the alpha right down will work.

When I used to make sigs using paint I used print screen to get the colour of the background, copy and paste a square of it and then expand it out.

There's probably a better way of doing it but it always worked for me.

I needed a new computer recently and I switched to a Mac. My decision was based purely on a need to use Final Cut Pro for a course I'm taking rather than preference. However, now that I have switched I find I much prefer the user interface on the mac, I find it awkward using a PC now.

I wouldn't argue that Macs are better than PCs because they're both good at different things and I used a PC for years quite happily. Also, I think Macs are ridiculously overpriced since they're marketed as somewhat of a fashion accessory.
