Heres a little tip:

Look at a picture of a REAL person.
Then draw it.

Even trace it if you have to, As long as it helps understand proper limbs, anatomy, Structure etc.

Then work from what you have learn't and make something alone.
Because at the moment your limbs are just way out. Seriously.

Warning some proportions are highly exagurated.

The only thing to improve it is probably moving the speakers a bit, So its easier to read the GAIA text.
