Hello.. The first thing you should notice is that my account is from 2007. I'm not sure if thats really old by today's standards but I haven't been on Newgrounds in years.
I had an even older account than this one which was started in 2004 but I was tricked one day by someone and it got hacked and deleted..but thats a story for another time.
Basically, I am 18 today and a Senior in High School.
So if that account was started in 2004... I was an active member on this site as a 9 year old. From 9 until my high school days i was on the computer all the time, becoming waaay to involved for a 9 year old haha. But i really stopepd in High school as i didnt think it was cool, something i regret and is hard for me to admit.
Which brings me to my point. I have always had a fascination with computers and now that i have to pick what i want to do in college, i am considering computer science. However, I have a lot of concerns and hesitations regarding what exactly that would entail as the repetitiveness of High School math has not always appealed to me.
I'm not sure what kind of reception a post like this will get today on Newgrounds. However, i remember there being a large amount of intelligent people on here from the days when i used to come on and this seems like the place to find aspiring programers with some advice.
