Tom is very busy now, I'm sure he doesn't have the time to upgrade pages that don't need to be upgraded.

The pages are fine just the way they are.

The senseless torture of animals (especially if they're small and defenseless) is sick and wrong. People should never do that.

Why would anyone ever want to do something as cruel and inhumane as that? Sport? Fun? It's embarrassing, really.

Good for you for helping those poor kittens, you're a good person.

You should do what feels best to you. Do you think you'll be happier in Indiana or in Florida?

Even if you aren't happy with your decision, you can always move to the other place, right? And like _NSUPRA_ said, you can still visit your friends and family if you move to Florida. Your friends and family could visit you as well.

No, no. The cats did not kill the mouse, but that's usually the case.

The mouse, in fact, died of a heart attack (Although the cause of it may have been due to the fact that one of the cats sat on top of the mouse's cage constantly).

Cheers and goodday mates.

Response to: pets Posted July 25th, 2004 in General

I have 3 cats, two of which are awfully lazy. We used to have a pet mouse but not anymore.

Also, we don't own them, but some wild deer sleep in our backyard every now and then.

In 7th grade my class studied China for a long time. In 8th grade we had U.S. History, where we learned about the Revolutionary War, Civil War, etc.
But, in high schools students learn more about foreign countries. There is even an alternative to a regular high school schedule for students to learn more about foreign countries (their history, culture, and more) called International High School. I don't know if this is available for all high schools, though.

Response to: Gas Prices Posted July 12th, 2004 in Politics

There are several possibilites behind it:
1) The oil producing countries (Iran, Iraq, Qatar, etc.) aren't selling as much oil on the open market anymore.
2) Oil is becoming scarce, due to such large oil consumption worldwide.
3) People are developing hybrid vehicles that consume other sources of energy then oil.
4) They're raising the price just because they can.

Some of these may be true and others may not be true, I don't know.

Cheers and goodmorning mates.

Response to: Religons do we have the right one? Posted July 10th, 2004 in Politics

At 7/10/04 05:20 PM, spiderdude6 wrote: WHICH IS THE RIGHT ONE DO U THINK?

Who really knows? There very well may be no supernatural omnipotent being out there.

Maybe none of the religions are true. Maybe humans invented God, Buddha, etc. just as an excuse for what they couldn't explain. But that doesn't mean religion is bad, no. I think most religious beliefs are good rules to live by. What I mean is, just because the idea of a world without God doesn't mean the Ten Commandments should be ignored and murder in cold-blood is justified.

Some people's lives are better when they think there is an omnipotent, superbeing watching over them. I don't think we all should believe the same thing. Each human is too diverse and have different views on events and ideas.

We may never know what is really out there. Humans might just reincarnate back to earth once they die.

Cheers and goodday mates.

Response to: Hostility Posted July 4th, 2004 in Politics

A fault of the human genome. Humans prefer to take the easy way out of situations, always. Humans would rather disregard any arguing point against them as hogwash rather then consider it as an idea worthy of any research or thought.

Of course, these actions could be called a branch of fascism. Most humans are too ignorant, humans do not like being told they're wrong but like being told they're right.

Not all humans act this way, but most do. Or, at least, those with power do. Humans are a flawed species. Sad, really.

Just think how the world would be if humans took the time to listen to the other side(s)...
