We Canadians have free health insurance. maple syrup, and marijuana is practically legal in Quebec.

The manga is great. The anime is god-awfull.
Seriously, watch an episode of Naruto and read the matching manga chapter. You'll notice that they added ten minutes of extra footage. All of it are one or more of the main characters being a complete dumb ass.
Example: In one chapter of the manga Naruto explains how they have to save Sasuke, everyone takes him seriously.
In the anime, he says the same thing, word to word, and then falls down a flight of stairs.
Which is better?
