Made this for Art last year, entirely with a jumbo sharpie. It took fucking forever because it was done by dotting the sharpie on the paper with slightly more space between dots for a lighter shade. The original picture (not traced, just looked at) was from some gay National Geographic magazine.

Yeah, I was thinking about something like that before. When a new user signs up, they can only have access to certain forums until enough current members have voted that person in or something like that. But people can still have multiple accounts that way and I don't want that.

If a person gets their e-mail address banned, they can just make a new e-mail, account ban = new account, IP ban = proxies, etc. Is there a way to ban a person without them bypassing it? Can their computer's serial number be accessed or something like that? I don't want the users to have to do anything extra that would make registering a difficult process, but I only want one account per person and I know IP storing won't do shit.
