You see at the top where it lists your BPM?
It's next to the play, stop and record buttons.
Click and hold, then move your mouse up or down to change it.
If you it before the decimal point it will change the BPM by 1BPM, if you scroll it after the decimal, well, it's obvious. ;)

When I try and export my song it leaves a blank track that's 3 minutes long and when i try and play my track in Fruityloops after I've exported an mp3 file it doesn't play anything. Can anyone help please this is pretty desperate :(
