Your image is childish. The hands look like a bunch of fingers overlapping each other, it has second-rate anime eyes and is over-all pretty bad. Start off with getting some proportions right. That head could NEVER be carried by such a fragile body. Then draw step-wise instead of going for the full drawing at once.
