I've done some weird shit, like gotten grenade jumped and shot over to the other side of the map, and having my dead ragdoll hit and kill someone.
I find it more fun to run behind someone with the knife as fast as you can, then pull out your auto-shotgun when you're right behind them, blow them away and jump, you'll go flying up in the air and get +1 kill.
