I was on a build sever once there, and I hid inside the middle of that one square building, and I built missiles and turrets and stuff. The guys on the server were like "wtf" because every few seconds a seeker missile would hit there stuff. Freaking hilarious.

Actually, I ended up with a Radeon 9600 that I had laying around. It runs Gmod at full detail, and it was free.

GeForce 9400 GT
ATI HD4350
ASUS EAH3450
ASUS GeForce EN8400GS

Which one should I get to do bump-map and such?

That happens a lot with Garry's mod on my pc. Try a new graphics card and the new DirectX, that should work.
