There's no sense in complaining about advertisments on Newgrounds, unless you intend to pay for the bandwidth.
I personally make a point of clicking on several of the advertisments every day. Simply because it increases the number of hits it generates fron Newgounds, increasing the chances that they continue to buy space.
The bandwidth cost for Newgrounds is enough for Tom to buy a small home every year. But again, stop complaining about the advertisments unless you have a better solution.

It's perfectly legal to freely distribute music- so long as you aren't paid for it. That was the main idea of the pertainant law that came out once tape recording was invented.
Now that more people are doing it, they want to change the law, (people are still doing it, albeit using a different medium) because it doesn't suit their best interests.
They're basically trying, (sucessfully) to always have US laws wrapped around what they want. It's terrible.
