I'm sure we've all heard the same rant a dozen times over from different users. It's not ground-breaking, and it's not exciting. Some users think that way, many have a thing or two that they don't like (such as low quality flash passing unblammed), but on the whole, people like NG for what it is.
What's complaining going to accomplish?

Yes, that's exactly how it works. Why should a person who is more qualified be denied the job based on race? They could call it racism, say, if a Pakistani was denied the job, but if that Pakistani was completely unsuited for it, and there was a white applicant who fit the role perfectly, complaining is racism.
This is life, not Girl Guides. We don't share and make sure everyone gets a turn. Not everyone wins. Life works as it does anywhere- survival of the fittest. If that means knowing how to reprogram a motherboard best, then so be it. Those who are unsuited can go complain to Barney, because he cares. We have had our next leader picked 18 months in advance of the upcoming election! It's only 6 months away, now, so we're comfortable with who's going to lead us to mediocrity for the next 5 years.
Our government is ineffective! Not only does it take months for the government to pass a single Bill (law/action/etc), but it is at the mercy of the Supreme Court. You don't like what they do? Challenge them in court.
