Try to view "This Hour Has 22 Minutes" (A TV show here in Canada), and a program it has. "Talking to Americans".
We send a satirical reporter down into the US, as a real reporter, and he asks American opinions on false canadian issues, and we laugh at their stupid responses.
It's a great show.
For example- "Do you support the Canadian's continuing tradition of placing their elderly on ice flows to die?"
"No, that's terrible!"
"Oh my goodness, No!"
etc.

it's not the brain waves or the senses that have to do with choice, it's the fetus itself. Once it is outside the body it is a baby, a child, a human.
As long as it is inside the body, it is a fetus and nothing more than an organism living and feeding off the female.
Once it is born, and can think and move and breathe for itself, do EVERYTHING independant of the female, then it is a baby.
Until then, it is a parasite.
I did not say the fetus was a monster, but it is not yet a human. It is a fetus living off the female. It is not sentient. Humanity can, among other things, be distinguished by sentience. A fetus is not sentient.
A fetus is hardly different than a limb on the female. It is as much a part of her as one of them. Until the fetus has left her body, it is part of her, and her choice alone what should happen to it.

There's a stigma against chains, rings, ("bling bling"). If you walk through a predominantly white area wearing all that sort of stuff, that's the clothing style that "bad" blacks wear. The so called "gangstas" that sing about shooting people, so people have a right to be nervous.

I'm not saying to make assumptions. I'm not saying there's anything WRONG with being a rapper. But there's a limit to how many rings you can fit on one finger, and a limit to how much "bling bling" you can fit around your neck.
I'm saying that it is only safe to make assumptions when there is reasonable doubt. You don't act on those assumptions until they are confirmed. There is nothing at all wrong with making assumptions in your own mind.
When you speak to the person in depth, then you can claim to actually know.
I'm not saying it's right, or that I do, but from my experience, I've met a number of people who have.

There are certain.... groups... of black people that are louder and more known than most.
The rappers, the "gangstas" and such. All the ones that are so massively popular for some reason. The ones all the little shite kids want to be like.
Now when some people see a black person who even remotely resembles someone who remotely resembles some rapper, they make assosciations.
All the black people who sing about pot and weed and stealing and shooting and such, seem to give the public a bad name about a certain age bracket of American black males.

People often say that the government won't ban cigarettes because of how much revenus they make.
But for every 4$ made off a box of cigarettes, it costs the government 5-10$ in health care.
