I was just wondering if there are any fellow guitar players here on newgrounds, and by guitar player, I don't mean own a guitar that just sits in the corner of your room collecting dust over however many years, I mean you actually play guitar everyday.

I started playing guitar just under 2 years ago (I was 13 then, I'm 15 now) because I was inspired by this band that blew me away with what I thought was an amazingly hard song, turns out it was 'smells like teen spirit' by Nirvana, which is pretty lame now I look back at it, but still, I'm thankful for the band that played in assembly that day because I probably wouldn't be playing guitar now if it wasn't for them.

I played piano for about 3 or 4 years before I took up guitar, I still play around on it now and then but I'm not as good as I used to be.
I play loads of stuff, anything from metal to blues, though I mainly play music in the metal genre.
Some bands I like that I like to play the most are Trivium, Avenged Sevenfold, Pantera, Megadeth, Metallica, Mudvayne, Slayer, Slipknot, System Of A Down, Iron Maiden, AC/DC and many many more.

Anyway, I've gone on for long enough, I'd like to hear from other guitar players here on Newgrounds
