Adsense is okay. They're the most consistent CPC network anywhere.

I prefer Buzzlogic (CPM, they're great but you have to be invited). I used to like Widgetbucks, but they're beyond trash now. I had heard good things about Chitika and got great clickthrough rates, but they pay for shit (11 cents a click all the friggin' time... enough to make you lose your mind).

At least with adsense you can expect a reasonable amount of clicks and expect to be paid a reasonable amount. I run them on most of my sites.

I like the new colors a lot. It's a little more friendly I think, and I still can't decide whether I think it would look better centered, or on the left, like it is now. Looks great though!

Appreciate the comments :) It sounds like its improving at least. Any of the first commenters want to update?

I'm playing with the idea of centering it. So far, I've made the header a lot smaller, introduced a categories menu below the blue block and spaced out the side bar. An improvement?

Stop posting your half-assed comments just for the sake of raising your post count.

Anyway, the sidebar still looks a bit cluttered. Maybe space out the widgets a bit more. Maybe you could try centering the whole site?

Tried to space it out more, I'm working on filling the header and optimizing the ads. So far, positive results :) Yesterday, I got almost double my regular adsense CTR.

Yeah, one of the things I'm going to do is put a categories menu horizontal in the header to fill up some of the space.

I changed it back to the "new" one, and spaced out the sidebar a bit. I'm going to work on friendlying it up a bit.

@Taylor- Sure, you can live without programming. See that hobo behind the dumpster? It seems he's doing just fine without programming.

Uh, bad example but that was my point. You don't *need* to do anything, its just another thing that can potentially advance your well being.

For all of our sake, please buy a Dell or another pre-fab box.

You lack the fundamental knowledge required to build a computer. That's not an insult or an attack on you personally, its a fact.

Pick up a pre-build computer with a phone support warranty. Get one with an Intel Core 2 Duo, as it is unrivaled in performance for its price. Shoot for a dedicated video card of some form (even an 8600 series card would suffice for most things, especially if you're coming off a socket A machine); 2 or more gigabytes of RAM and 500+ gigabytes of hard drive space.

You can get all that for $300 or so from Dell. Hell, I'm a mac guy and it pains me to recommend that sort of thing, but I think its best in your situation.

Frankly, I haven't been bothered to do anything remotely "programming" in quite some time but your question is almost as stupid as asking why bother learning how to read and write... you could get through life (relatively) fine without those skills, but skills are what they are.

Programming is like anything else. You don't need to know how to drive a car, you can walk. You don't need to know how to make a sandwich, you can get one pre-made.

The fact of the matter is, some things matter to some people and some things don't.

Well, i was told that you and tina had some sort of agreement based upon your claim to sales, then it turned out all of your customers were "kids" with no intent on renewing their hosting.

Hah, that is a new one. Well, if thats the case - then you're talking to them. Almost everyone who had a problem with axishost was from Newgrounds. I'd be curious to know who told you that. She made out like a bandit and screwed me royally. One of my big regrets in life was letting her tear it to pieces from the inside.

Regardless, you aren't welcome in this thread because all you've done is clog it up. When I see someone hop on MSN I'll have them delete your stuff.

To answer your original statement regarding payment, no, I'm not going to pay 2 years revenue and nobody else is either; especially if you're only making $3 a day. My offer will depend on age, traffic sources and longterm income, but if your site is a few years old running on organic traffic, I'm prepared to offer 12 months.

And yes, I'm also looking on Digitalpoint and Sitepoint.

You weren't even here when axishost happened? I've been on this site for 5 years and worked with hundreds of people here. If you (god knows why) have a problem with me, by all means, take it up with me. I don't think I've even posted since you joined here...
I am an alt.
And i don't specifcally have a problem with you personally, what i have a problem is the fact that you're a liar.

It sounds like you have a problem with me. And what does "I am an alt" mean - you were banned so you're circumventing it now? Classy.

I didn't lie about anything and if you want to know what happened with Axishost, I was cheated and robbed.
