I SIMPLIFIED the project:
At least these TWO simple things:
A web video player plus an ACTIVE gallery:
1) WEB VIDEO PLAYER:
-Unlimited number of videos in ONE player.
- I will be adding YouTube embedded (iframed) videos (the links) directly into the DATABASE = NO needed interface = simple work for programmers.
- NO video will be repeated (INDIVIDUALLY) until the list is finished by individuals viewers. After that, all the videos will be played again but in a different order. This one will be repeated endlessly.
- The standard features: autoplay, autonext, the option to choose lower quality, etc.
- Another details, at programmer(s)' request(s)
Below the player will be:
2) AUTOMATIC GALLERY OF PICTURES:
- The ORDER of the pictures and WHICH pictures will be in the gallery will be AUTOMATICALLY determined by the PLAYER, according to the fact which video has been played in that player (using Cookies = individual viewers will probably see different singers' pictures and different order of the pictures in the gallery). The pictures will be moving by this way: In the top left corner will always be the singer's picture whose video has been played just in that moment in that main player. The videos from those singers' pictures that already were played, will be moving to the right and down (the direction like when you read a text).
- Singers will be sending me their pictures by email to my private email box. = NOT needed email box on the website! I will be adding them manually directly into the DATABASE = NO needed interface = simple work for programmers. I just will be uploading the pictures sent by singers (by emails) into the DATABASE. (NOT into the visible gallery!) The main video player will AUTOMATICALLY determine WHICH pictures and what ORDER of the pictures, will be in the gallery. The video player will be doing this one AUTOMATICALLY. It will NOT be done by me or NOT by any people, either.
- The pictures in the active gallery have various sizes of the HEIGHT. It is because I want to give freedom for the creativity by the singers who will be sending me their pictures. Because I know they LOVE their creative work to make the pictures by themselves.
- The number of the pictures in the gallery will be UNlimited (something like FaceBook has UNLIMITED LONG(high) WEBPAGE with the automatic loading = THAT "TREE" but a little bit different = I'll tell you the details later).
- On each picture will be active link(s) to the individual singer's channel, webpage, etc.
- Another details, at programmer(s)' request(s)

I have been working already for about 3 years to build that big database of talented singers who are my friends, who are happy I support them with many ways (from advices how to rehearse singing, how to work with microphone, how to rehearse intonation, what equipment to use, how to make the right settings for the equipment, etc., to my promotion for them.
Everything is ready. Just to make that player.

I already have my own website on a webhosting. (cwahi.net) and on other free websting. There is allowed unlimited space and unlimitedly long videos to have there, for free.
Of course, I will have permissions from all the singers. All of them are my friends, I keep in touch with them by emails. I am their supporter. They are happy I do this work for them. So, no problem:)

Yes, I am open for whatever what will work and will be for free: I mean: Just some clever lines to put into the code(s).

Why it would cost me any money? I can upload videos into mu website, for free, and keeep them there for free. I will use free website hosting (for example: cwahi.net). They offer unlimited space for free.
But anyway, I am going to use 99% of embedded videos with URL links. Just only about 1% will be uploaded videos. Because embedded videos from YouTube usually has no time to wait for buffering, and to paste a link takes just a few seconds unlike to upload a video.
I am not going to upload several formats for each video. You are right: it woud take ages to do so for thousands of videos. If there is not any simple way (with only one upload for each video) to reach the same result, I will not ask such requirements, of course.
Please, understand, I am NOT going to have "LIVE streaming". I just want very simple thing like it is on YouTube on those YouTube playlists. But with UNLIMITED number of videos. And with a clever way so that it can remember which video already was played by an individual viewer so that it cannot be repeated before all the playlist is finished.
I guess it just is needed some clever codes in HTML and XML or whatever, with some clever lines about RANDOM play plus that: "not repeat before the playlist is finished by an individual viewer" plus "Annotations" feature with no interface (to be easier work for a programmer), etc.......
Generally, I mean something very simple. I am ready for some compromise and I am ready to renounce / waive / give up some my requirements or to modify some my requirements.
If you are interested in my project, let's go concretely step by step to talk about each feature / requirement.

I have to say, your suggestion is nonsense because each playlist on YouTube has LIMITED NUMBER of videos. That's why it is not possible to use the YouTube video "rotater" and YouTube video "random play", because the result would be A SHIT: ONLY BORINGLY played videos that are repeated, AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN, AGAIN. Please, see this paragraph of the features I require:

Yes, on my own website, almost all the videos willl be "repeated", as well, BUT after all the playlist will be watched by an individual viewer, but please, realize, because there will be hundreds of thousands (UNLIMITED NUMBER) of videos there, it will be repeated after a LONG TIME. So it will NOT be boring unlike when you play a few hundreds of videos around, again, again, again on YouTube = during two weeks you will remember all the videos if you watch it every day. This is the main reason, why I must build and run my own website and fuck YouTube. Because I don't want to play a small number of repeated videos. It is so boring to watch videos that you already have seen = videos that you freshly remember!

I am going to build and run a music-web-video-player-website where I will be playing unknown TALENTED singers. I have good number of viewers on my YouTube channels who love my selections of music videos. But, on YouTube, it is not possible to play thousands (unlimited number) of videos in ONE player like in a TV. That's why I am going to build and run my own website with such player. The viewers will love to follow me to my new own music website. (embedded videos with URL links): I will be pasting unlimited number of URL links into a playlist (probably into XML format?) and unlimited number of uploaded videos (unlimited giga bytes for each video). All the videos will be played in ONE (the same) web video player like TV on my public page. = There will be only one playlist in XML(?) for only my private use to be adding new videos with these two ways.

(I mean the same feature like it is on YouTube where you can write any text you want on the screen of the player and after you click on the text, you are automatically redirected to any other page on internet (in a new window), for example: "CLICK HERE TO SUBSCRIBE TO THE SINGER ON YOUTUBE." After one click on this sentence it will open a singer's original channel on YouTube or any other web page (in a new window). This feature will be for the UPLOADED videos as well as for the LINKED videos, because "annotations" can be used also for any other text (not only for the redirection).

5) The web video player has to be played in ANY media:
(for example: in any computers: desktops, laptops/notebooks, ipodes, any telephones, tablets, (MP4 if connected with internet) or whatever. (In MP3 players as an internet radio only = only audio, of course). But adding videos (uploading, pasting the links) has to be done ONLY once = only one format of the links (uploadings) for each video because I will be adding a huge number of the links (of uploadings) every day. That's why I will NOT have any free time to be pasting more formats of the links / uploading videos for each video.

If an individual viewer clicks the button: "forward" ("skip") the song (video), the player will play the next video and NOT play this song (video), any more, until all the playlist has been watched by that viewer. (Because the player will think, that viewer does not like this song (video).) By this way it will work (=it will remember it) ALSO even after restarting individual computers.

Just include a code so that I can anytime simply change background by uploading a picture / photo. PLUS inserting any active links ANYWHERE on the page on that photo / picture. The size of the picture / photo should have unlimited Mbs and unlimitedly long. Number of the links should be unlimited, as well.

Yes, I have better and very cool version of my project but that cool version is very complicated and that's why the work would take for several months. Not ONLY a few days like this short version.
