I dont know if any one else has tried this. But what about a open source flash project. Where the .fla file will be uploaded for people to edit and change and learn from. Then upload their new .FLA. It would be great for beginners (like me) to learn some of the methods that experts use and would allow experts to make new flash artists into greats. Plus the flash could be pretty cool also ^_^

That is BAD. Ever hear of the Geneva Convention? Basically it set rules for standard humanity during war (ie. No shooting enemy medics. NO TORTURE) and the US signed it. Plus the US is the leader of the free world. So we should not be torturing people because well its not right. Plus their are ways of getting information without causing excrutiating pain (torture)
