Salutations EG'ers! I'm Tails, head of the NGPD, just stopping by to pay a friendly visit! I do notice that there was some talk about a certain demand for guardsmen not being met and I do wish to help.

However, I'd like to know first off what is the significant purpose of these guardsmen? I understand that it gives our members a proper introduction to their potential future as elite guards, but is there anything more to it? I don't mean to undermine this whole operation but if there's not much to do as guardsmen, then I can safely assume that my guys will be perfectly content with the NGPD. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I wish to understand the situation before I begin to help.

Let's settle this once and for all, if you're not within our ranks then don't expect to be included in the roster. Doesn't the EGB have their own roster which you guys are mentioned? If that's the case, I fail to see why being mentioned in Noss's roster is such a big deal.
