Even though it's spam, we can't do anything about it unless it happens to be abusive. It goes against our code to be biased towards low quality submissions, since they're legitimate and do not break any rules that I know of. It sucks, but that's how it is.

wwhhaatt, I don't think you understand what this club is about. We're not going to mass vote on crappy submissions in an effort to get them blammed so don't give us links to them unless abusive, as mentioned before. If it's crappy or pointless but doesn't break any portal rules, then leave it be.

Some of you may remember that I suggested that there be a test to help those struggling with whistles. Well, about a few weeks ago (why didn't I mention this sooner) I contacted a mod and told him about my idea. Apparently it's a no-go because the mods are already too busy dealing with other crap to take ideas (god knows what they're up to) so don't be expecting anything useful aside from the guideline and Rage's thread to come along.

Plz don't end up with a garbage whistle >_<

You seem alright with the post count and badge requirement. You just barely passed on the post quality criterion because I've seen several 1-worded posts which really is borderline spam and doesn't show much thought.
