So its nearly that time of year again. i don't know about you but i always have difficulty coming up with great costume ideas for parties. So i thought I would see what the great minds of newgrounds could think of or even what they have dressed up as.
I'll go first
BEST IDEA: Last year i dressed up as an FBI agent with the words 'Female Breast Inspecter" on my back
FUNNIEST I SAW: At the same nightclub i dressed up as the FBI agent I saw a guy dressed as a shower with a working curtain and everything!

why not, if it bothers you go for it, ive never touched one, and ive never even thought about it, i don't even understand how ppl start its pretty daft, takes effort to care!

So I'm all done with this one at last!

phew, got half my shirt done lol, now for the other half!

my next update will be the last, i'm gonna finish the shirt, fix face shading and make the hair look less flat.

i know i didn't update yesterday, went to gym and when i got back my hands wouldn't stop shaking lol, so i did more today, has to be done by tomorrow morning along with another picture!

Back to work, havent done very much since last update, decided not to restart havent got the time.

Also to poxpower, i failed because i didnt do any of the write up part. (also by failed i got a C which is a mega fail to me)

Ugh 2am time for bed i think.

last update for tonight, though im seriously considering restarting i really mucked up the left side of the face, smeared the shading with my hand by accident, tryed to fix it but made it worse. I'll decide tomorrow, i dunno if ill even have enough time to restart.

As for the actuall comments on the piece itself, the eye looks too light, but this could be part of the problem mentioned above. It might help to put in the lightest and darkest tones as reference. Otherwise you might end up with an entirely too light/dark piece.

I totally know what u mean but its not really as light as you think, im doing this is a dimly lit room and getting digital versions through a camera which is totally washing the colour and removing like all the detail, when i finish ill get much better lighting and higher quality images, i mean ive drawn every hair in my eyebrow but it looks like a grey blob in these pics =[ O well.

So heres update 2, note my nose isnt really that big, i just need some shading to fix it :P

So this time last year i started a topic called watch me draw where i posted regular updates of me drawing my final piece for my Art exam on the art forum.

Unforutantely I failed my art exam as a whole (what!?) so I'm re-sitting it this year and thought I'd take pictures of what im drawing and give you guys regular updates just like last time. It really helps to pass the time, as ill be up for hours doing this. So here what ive got so far, make sure you comment and tell me what u think so far and how i could maybe do better.

We'll see if i can pass this time =]

For anyone wondering, im doing this ALL with a 2B pencil, and its a self portrait, drawing it by having a HD webcam showing my face on the screen and a small hand mirror to do those finer details like eyes =]

I'll try and update once an hour or more, unless i dont get much done.

i love linkin park, but you see since the internet got popular people just decide to follow the band wagon, So you then get one person saying they dislike linkin park and the rest of the lemmings on the internet follow, If you like a band, don't ask why other people hate it, because they will never really tell you how they feel about it.

So I'm drawing two face from The Dark Knight in pencils and thought I would share it with you guys since ive been doing it for like 9 hours -_-.

Obviously its not finished, what do you think, i think it looks like a giant grey blob :P

Also I have awful lighting in this room, so I had to Photoshop the color slightly so it didn't have a horrible yellow tinge

As can see my photoshop skills are very sub par, never finished this, was meant to add a different background and do better shading, oh well.

I love vista, works perfect for me, i hated it at the start, but then again i hated XP when i first moved to it from windows 2000.

As long as you don't fuck with it, it does everything you need it to just right, i hate when people complain how its broken or doesn't work because of something they have probably done.

WOW AN UPDATE AFTER 2 YEARS, WHAT!

I think I'll try and make something for this one too, i never finished the MGS one i made -_-, stop scheduling these during my exams (Jan 10-20) but you know that gives me a few days after to get something.

But I've had a hard life and haven't a clue what street fighter is about, could anyone just give me a quick run-threw? I know its a fighting game (same genre as Tekken) but you know is there like magical dragons or weapons, you know anything i can use seeing as i so far have an orgy planned (not really).

Can't wait to see it guys!
