it was on newgrounds i remeber and most of it was black and white excluding the colored souls

there is a music video im trying to find and it is killing me in the inside.
There are these people lined up on a conveyer belt that is ripping their souls out ( i think) in the form of colors. and the main guy gets off of the conveyer belt and runs away, seeing many people happy with their souls out but all the same. And there is this weird ass doctor thing chasing him until he catches him at the end/

eyes got no flash experience but i look forward to seeing the sub(marine)missions
