It's completely free, and the only limitation is that you can't save an in-progress file. You can still render songs though. You've got to be willing to invest some time to learn how to use any decent piece of software, so don't let people tell you 'it's too hard' or shit like that.

FL Studio is hard in the beginning but as you work on it you will begin to figure it out.
