Well, acording to wikipedia, Slade had "intimate relations" with Terra. but maybe that is not this shows version of slade.

Yeah, but the comic book slade, or more properly, Deathstroke, is entirely different than the show's version. Given the show's juvinile nature, I doubt that this version of Terra was having sex with slade. Also, there never is any real conformation that the girl in the last episode is Terra, apparently even the original script and storyboards reffered to he as "girl"

I've been thinking, ever since slade basically went to hell and had his humanity returned to him, is he now some kind of immortal being? Also, he seemed to be protective over the Terra-like girl, has he given up evil altogether? He has been laying low for a while and didn't join with the rest of the villians in season 5.

Other things to consider...

Who triggered the gas in the slade mask?
Who was Red X? (My guess is Jason Tod, who "died" but was resurrected somehow and became the red hood in the comics, a psychopathic anti hero)
Will other fan shippings be addressed?
