i have verizon FiOS internet, and for some reason, whenever i go to play games, my ping is high (100-200 range) and sometimes i cant even connect to a server. I have 15down/2up, and after contacting steam, they said that its the router, and they dont know how to fix it

since Verizons site is probably the worst ever (no firefox compatibility), i wanted to know if anyone knew if it was possible to have them send me a working router
