Well some people can put their thought into a well organised 5 minute paragraphed post that answers many different posts. But once you've posted that you may wish to reply to other questions that have been asked in the thread and more could be asked as your writing. You see its not as simple as you think.

Point number 1) Overweight people usually have a bidy image problem and when someone insults them it can seriously knock their confidence, specially if they're trying to lose weight. What you say to an overweight person could affect them for the rest of their lives! People with body image problems need help, and if you go around insulting them....then you need to seriously sort yourself out!

Point number 2) Yes it is that difficult to lose weight, if it was easy people wouldnt get fat! If society was so bent on everyone looking annorexic then you would find that alot more people would be thinner because they wouldnt be under so much pressure to be a size 0. it is widely known that stress and pressure cause people to over eat.

Point Number 3) Eating vergetables does not make you lose weight. Eating vegetables makes you healthy, you can be healthy and fat. The target is to stop overeating because even if you over eat on carrots and stuff.....you'll still be fat.

So....i think you need to reconsider your argument and stop being so thoughtless in the way you treat people. Even large people have feelings. So if your one of these people that go around insulting people for what they look like, all i have to say is....Karma WILL get you.

Imagine a serial killer, driven by lust but consciously hates themselves for killing (it has been known). By committing suicide not only is this person relieving themselves of the guilt they have to bear but are also saving lives and giving release to the family of those they killed.

I think suicide is stupid. Unless you are in an unbareable amount of pain or braindead (which is where euthanaisia comes into it) You have no reason to want to die, almost anything is better than death, and being able to pull yourself up through the toughest of situations can only make you a better person. People waste their lives, they dont appreciate what they had until its gone, why waste the one true miricle in life. Life is for living.

1: Do you think the teacher abused her authority?
2: Did she act recklessly and impulsively?

TL;DR: teacher got flattened, we laughed, no field trip for us.

Assuming your english as you said ' americanised for NG'...i can tell you that said teacher is in the wrong.

As you have to get parental permission for a school trip and usually they have to be paid for in britain, said teacher cannot cancel a field trip without prior notice to the parents.

I think she completely abused her authority and this matter needs taking up with senior management at your school.

I've had a 6th form teacher who abused her authority by allowing pupils who hadn't done work or who were under achieving to bribe her to get their grades up.
