Say your a cop and they will tell you the exact opposite, especially if your driving home while talking about it. They will definately not tell you they have drunk some outrageous amount, just make sure this friend drives.

Cheesimon3 was very close to third place, dontpanic01 was a little bit in a place behind him. Laughingbox's joke was a little bit of a fav of mine but what it lacked the most was that I dont want people to use memes, like the woman in the kitchen making a sandwhich one, unless that is the category.
Alright and here are some of the new and updated rules to keep thecompetition friendly.
NEW RULES
1. You may use a joke from a website if you site the source. Or else itll be diaqualified due to legal reasons, if you do that and site the source you still have a chance to win.

2, I give mods and huristictions they take respect. If your post is removed you are automatically disqualified, if my contest is removed from the forums because it didnt follow some rule I didnt see it is cancelled until next month.

3, Adding a new option, for all you flash makers youll prob find it easier to win this way. You CAN express your joke in a flash movie/game if you choose. They will not be judged on how fun they are if theyre games or how cool they are if a flash movie, they are judged on humor. And if your flash is awsome but is just random coke jokes over a white screen, dont expect to win. If you submit it in a form of flash submit it to the portal or dumping grounds and provide a link. If you only want me to see it send me a link in pm

4. I will NOT disqualify you if you are any race/gender/age/sexuality because that is a bad thing too do.
Especially on a site with as many users as newgrounds.. trust me

5. I tend to favor posts that are made up off the top of someones head, a sited joke from the internet needs to be way funnier than a made up joke has too to win.
