you could make an invisible hittest around the blockhead so when the clothes hit the invisible square mabye it locks into position

its a completely new language(new structure,new features) and its 10x faster at running the code so less lag

i thought as3 main was something else but ive found it now and its very useful

and google can work but normally brings up forum post questions mainly...

ive been trying to learn as3 for about 2 months no and havent got very far
but i was wondering if anyone knows any basic as3 tutorials sites and also in p bots read this first post is any of the tutorials for as3

i updated to 6.1 and it didnt work
just have a check for this

im 13 and i suck with stuff but im trying(well i can make a movieclip appear in as3=0)

i couldnt work out which were actionscript 2 or 3 and the ones i went on were actionscript 2

before you do get into as3 if you are realise
its gay to learn and costs more(who says i payed for it)
but other than that if you want 10x better performance(it runs script quicker=D) and many headaches cs3 is the one for you

i need a little help im new to flash and trying to learning the basics
heres a little code i got in a actionscript file called Test in the folders (hope/this/works/^_^):

package hope.this.works.^_^ {
public class Brick
{

}

and heres the flash file called test in the same folder:

import hope.this.works.^_^.Test;
var firstBrick:Brick = new Brick ();

a tutorial says that in output it should say
"new red Brick created"

but i get an errorsaying(syntax error:expecting indentifier before this.import ......)

anyone pls offer some help
