on my campus, i went off a speed bump and my tire popped off and i flew over the handle bars, shattering 3 teeth and loosing most skin on my face and back of my hands. there was a conflict on who would pay, and the school offered b/c it happened on campus. u can sue the school, as u could've been injured. i could've broken my neck and DIED.
