I'm not so sure it's half, probably not close to half
But, what can I say?
I like to feed trolls sometimes
I get off on it sometimes, especially when they keep responding

A long time friend of mine delved in the art of Tai Chi for a while. I don't know much about it. Then again I don't know much about Aikido either, or any martial art for that matter. I think I'd be more interested in a Korean martial art since I am already deeply invested in Korean culture, but I have an open mind.
Tai chi, specifically is about harnessing and directing energies. it is a martial art but it's at a much slower pace. I can't remember which maratial art it's based on but it's a slowed down version of it (if someone can jump in with specifics that'd be great)
I haven't done it myself personally, there isn't anywhere near me that does it, unfortunately. but from what I understand, from people I know that have done it (I haven't always lived in this part of the country) some of them found it a great way of channelling negative energies, if you have a chance to try it, I would recommend it over other martial arts, especially because we're trying to avoid you getting angry.
I just don't like the thought of an angry person, becoming highly skilled at a martial art and then using it, without thinking, in a fight or w/e ... but anyway there's my thoughts.
It doesn't necessarily have to be Tai chi or any other martial art, it can be anything that you can channel your energies into. I like creating music or programming as ways that help, but there can be times where they (programming) can exacerbate things, so at those times have to go careful

No ghandi
Please stop right there, you really don't know what you're talking about here
Macs are no less vulnerable to any other machine, Yes Mac OS is a lot better than windows, I will give you that but that does NOT prevent it from being susceptible to virus
What does however determine it's likelihood of receiving a virus is how unpopular it is as a computer platform.
For windows there is about 75+% of desktops in the world that are running a windows based operating system
The remaining ~25% is made up of other (mostly unix based) operating systems, including Mac OS
Virus writers, when writing virus, want the biggest impact ever, to reach the largest audience!
Based on the stats above, which operating system will they be aiming their wares at?
Yup, windows!!!
This does not mean Mac is immune, because it most certainly is not immune, if someone wanted to write a virus for a mac, they could, they just choose not to because the numbers of users just doesn't justify their time or energies required to do such a feat.
Don't be all smug, thinking you're safe with a mac because they rarely get viruses, They can and do get them and there have been recent outbreaks of pretty severely devastating viruses that have made their way on mac computers as a result. they gained entry through java, which as anyone who knows anything about computers can tell you, java is horrible and has so many vulnerabilities, any operating system that runs java is likely to get a virus at some point, because of it.
Now, Apple decided recently, that they would no longer have java preinstalled on their operating system, which is a good move, for sure and will help.
This doesn't mean that java won't appear on macs, because some people will install it, though a lot of people probably won't.
There are other entry points onto a mac, in fact, any other operating system, windows and any other unix based operating system for that matter.
Like adobe acrobat reader, this has had many bugs over the years, those bugs can and do lead to entry points into computer systems that are running these flawed (unpatched) versions of this software
I could go on and on, but I can't be arsed
The point I'm making is, you're wrong, you don't know enough about this subject matter, you're really pretty arrogant tbh based on yesterday discussions and now todays
Dont'get involved in subjects you know so little about
if you knew anything about computers, you wouldn't be using a mac
macs are for people who don't know how to use computers
At 1/21/14 07:04 AM, Zhon wrote: more stuff
I'm not sure it's all that easy to avoid tbh
The reasoning, I'm sure, will differ from person to person.
Everyone will find different things that annoy them, like racists for example they'll get annoyed by the sight of someone of a different race.
Homephobes etc... and all other groups or individuals that hate on people for their differences will get annoyed by the things that drive them also.
I don't think it's quite so easy, but I do think there are some ways that can at least subdue that anger, once it has been identified that that is the emotion that is being forced to rear it's ugly head.
for those times and for the people that don't want to embrace that anger and just wish for it to go away, those people that show willing will be able to want to get rid of it, I believe that there are ways. but it's about channeling their energies into positive activities.
But I do feel still, that this might be subjective, but... one of those ways I understand to work is Tai chi
there are other options though I'm sure but I know that is one way

I appreciate dubsteps roots of "dub". And I do like the dubstep that leans towards dub and even reggae, I just, at times feel more inclined to listen to lighter stuff
There's really only one race.

Was just about to share some from my playlist. But youtube, for some reason, lately keeps on fucking up my playlists. as in they keep completely disappearing randomly and reappearing at some random point in time later.
Really starting to piss me off too!
I hate facebook, had an account, completely disabled that account but I had a fakebook account, that, when I absolutely need to use it for something, that's the account I use. it's full of crappy inaccurate information. marketting companies can feed themselves off of all that crap for all I care, it'll hopefully just skew their datasets anyway
