I downloaded phpbb and PHP is CONFUSING. can someone please help me how to work on this? And where do I update my PHP file? In a notepad file or some sort? When I did that it gave me this script that is VERY VERY confusing. I know HTML well but I don't know anything about PHP. I want to make a forum in PHP ( http://phpbb.com )

Well, all the other forums I go to aren't as slow as this forum. I use the razoric.com forum and that's not slow at all! Also, The videogamedc.com forum probably has more ads and it loads a hella lot faster then this too.

Ads piss me off. Just by clicking the Post A Reply button, when I got to this page the Fear.Com ad popped up, the 311 ad popped up, and about 3 popup ads appeared as well.
About the BBS issue, yes, it's very slow. Maybe because there's a bunch of posts on it. If thats the case, Tom and Wade need to splurge for more memory or bandwidth on the NG server. But...
That might mean more ads.
Hopefully, they will find another way.

NG needs to do something about making this forum load faster! Sometimes when I go on this forum it doesn't even load at all. I'm not bitching and complaining but alot of people think worse about this. =-/
