Fixed that for you. We could risk the Habs getting to the cup finals and host on June 28th-30th. Still in June for camoshark.

Over a weekend in June or July. Not Grand Prix weekend again. I'm in Greece for all of August.

Better?

Worse?

More of the same?

More of the same really. We had probably half the people then last years. Most of the out of townees must have been scared off by the demonstrations. It's a shame because, we never ran into anything we could not handle. The closest thing we got to see was a group of people protesting abuses to horses in the old port; completely unrelated to anything violent. The weather was nice, I'm the worse bowling player in existence, everyone seemed to have had a good time and no one puked on Sniper's car or had a fire extinguisher in the pants. The not so fun stuff was discusses and will be improved upon for next years. I'll upload the pictures I took when I get home.

Well, my boss just texted me. I have to work on Friday even though I took the afternoon off a few weeks ago. I'll meet you guys at Peel for dinner. If I end up being able to leave early, I'll get in touch to figure what the group is doing.

What about Pox's Brazilian Meat Orgasm? I'm down for that. For 45$, I hope you get half a cow and get to keep the sword they serve it to you with.

I'll be sure to tell my friend Daniel at security to molest you extra hard. He's the tall unshaven man who looks like a serial killer.

But enough about Mal's junk, I had a blast this year at the meet. Got to hang out with some wonderful people doing what I like best. Next year I'll try to get a BBQ at my place going. How much food can 24 or so people eat anyways? Special thanks to Luis for not murdering people this year from me. I have a bottle of Bourbon marked Luis for you in 2012. Now it is time to wait for all the beautiful pictures to come from this weekend of hilarity.

I agree to this. We could like meet up and discuss the real meet up. It could be a pre-meet up meet up. I suggest we do it somewhere we will be going again for the real meet up. Practice makes perfect!

I'm not comfortable with giving out my information to a bar if it's going to be put into one of those things since Canada's privacy commissioner has vehemently spoken against them as a breach of ones privacy, and potential security threat.

Finding a hotel may be an issue for the same reason, though i'm sure if i put down a $300.00 deposit it shouldn't be an issue. Lastly I heard quebec won't honor health insurance plans from those out of "its" province is this true, cause that means I'm going to need to buy health insurance while I'm down there.

Bars don't do that here. Most bouncers aren't smart enough to use anything but their cellphones and microwaves. I know this because I know a handful that are close friends. About health insurance, I have an entire family in the medical field so anything other then a coma is not an issue. About the hotel, simply stay with a local. I got a guest room at my place that isn't being used. Since we are essentially going to the same places over the weekend, it would be more cost effective to share my ride anyway. In all seriousness, get travelers insurance if you want to cover all your bases and look back in the thread for the address of the hotel most out of townees are staying at. If they ask for anything but your name, age and sex tell them to get lost if they aren't wearing a badge.

Jazz fest wasn't an issue last year. We even passed by on the way to the bar. At worse, I will recreate the experience for you and your friends with my soulful voice and beer I will buy you guys. I hope you like Justin Bieber sung with the voice of Isaac Hayes.

Bring your girlfriend this time so we can fully convince her that we're not a cult. A good ole' group head shaving always does the trick.

What's the expected expenditure?

I spent around 125$ last year. But I'm local. So for a seasoned traveler I'd estimate something close to 150 for misc expenses, 100$ on gas and or train, you could always sleep at some locals place to save cash and 100 for activities. I'm probably overestimating the number but 350$ is a reasonable amount and also gives leeway to not worry about every dime.
