Protesting at a funeral, those innocent people's funeral, any person's funeral... this does not make any sense. A funeral is a funeral, politics have to be put out of this. Using a tragedy like this to get notoriety shows those people are scumbag
I hope somebody kicks their asses pretty bad if they go on with this and tell them: "Sorry, you came here, so it is your God's will that I break your neck".

What do you think, Newgrounds? Do you think their protests will be prevented, or protected by the First Amendment? Is Shirley Phelps an asshole?
Discuss.
And risking getting caught and spending time in jail for a person you do not even like?. Nah...
It is also a mess to get rid of the body and all that crap.
Unless that person has done to me or my family something terrible, no I would not kill anybody

Well, I am not religious myself, but most of my friends are and I can even discuss religion with them without getting into a verbal fight, but I come from Spain, it seems to me that in other countries is easier to talk about this matter than in The US
Then I moved..., Americans seem to become a little bit nervous about religion and politics, it is really easy to have a friendship ended here because a religious discussion. I have learned to avoid that matter, I just avoid the radical freaks.
My family is not religious neither, uncommon, in a religious environment, but blasphemy is looked down; not because of that god itself in whom they do not believe, but because is considered a lack of respect of other people's beliefs. Religion maintains some people busy, and as long as nobody tries to force this to me, I am fine with it

For me, I am the -ONLY- agnostic in my entire Christian family. Whenever I am around my family I got nothing to say.
Also, does anybody feel that when they're having a conversation with a Christian, does it seem some what 'fake' to you? i.e., awkward laughs, restricted to what you should say, etc.
If you have ever experience this type of stuff, please feel free to share it.
NOTE: The purpose of this thread is NOT to change someone's opinion, but to discuss how to deal with situations like this. You get the drill.
You never now. Companies use a lot of reasons to hire you or not. If the employer is a sexist prick is another matter
I support equal rights and do not think any company should have quotas to hire, concerning color, gender, social background..... A job has to be done, it does not matter to me who does it.
Maybe the people in charge of hiring wanted women, maybe not, of course, they are not going to say that.
Also, some potential employees manage to get their way to the job, even with less experience, then after a while, get fired when they can not meet the requirements.

We were 6 people from my class who applied, and the company said they would hire 3 of us.
We were 3 guys (all with good grades and background from construction work), and 3 girls, which of only 1 had decent grades, and none of them have any work experience.
All 3 girls were hired, despite being utter useless. Equal rights all the way!
One of those questions...
Standing up is not the natural way, but if you take a laxative in epic proportions you could because the shit would literally flow, but of course is not natural. lol

I wonder what would happen if they succeed in this. Gosh, a lot of fangirls would go crazy. lol
Some people are fucked up in their minds. I can not stand that kid, but I would have enough if somebody kicked his ass.
Besides that, to castrate him, the Biever fella, would have to have balls first.

I gotta say though, it would be intresting if they succeeded haha
I got one two weeks ago. I am not used to this kind of things neither, my field is traditional art, but with practice I am getting better. The first days are frustrating as hell, I wanted to smash the thing, lol. It looks easier that it really is.

In some cases, yes, but unfortunately it is not so common.
Sometime ago, a friend of mine and me, found a lost wallet in a cab and asked the taxi driver to go to the address we found in the ID we found inside. The man asked us how much money was in there, all eager. I lied and said no money. He said, it was a pity, would have been some money, we could have that split and throw the rest of the contents through the window. He sounded all natural about it... ugh
He took us to the address, the lady was happy to recover her wallet and we returned home.
150 Euros, and a couple of credit cards. I know I would be happy to recover my things if something similar happens to me.
I see it like this: Things that come up so easily, easily go away

In simpler terms, let me use an example:
You're in a public place when, unbeknownst to you, your wallet falls out of your pocket, in clear sight of John Doe, who is a random stranger. Do you think most people, in John Doe's place, would return the wallet to you? What percentage of people would not do anything at all? More than that, what's the chance that John would just take the wallet for himself?
Keep in mind that (in this hypothetical situation) there are no rewards for doing the right thing other than the feeling of being a good person.
Do you believe most people are "good" at the heart, Newgrounds?
