Most software does that. I know for a fact you can put your info in the id3 tags using Audacity, Finale and Cakewalk. Never actually done it in Ableton, Reason or FL Studio, but I doubt they'd leave that out.
If anyone here knows if/how, I'm sure they'd love to share this gem.
