Quietly by the river you sit in a mystical splendor, when out of the brook you softly hear a name calling you. Over the cherry top hills and through the marmalade skies you come upon a girl, the one with the kaleidescope eyes. Towering flowers surround your ethereal presence, while a band of roses sing in the distance. You glance quickly about for the sound of commotion but alas, the sly devil has evaded you. Back you turn to the girl with the sun in her eyes, but.. she is gone. A glimpse of the siren as she passes a fountain, you hurry to catch up, but come to enchantment. A field of horse people eating marshmallow pies, "What is this place?", you say to none but yourself. Warily you carry on, drifting through the flowers that tower so high, all those horse people, they smile with their eyes. At the end of the field, your luck has run out, the spectre is gone, waiting for you no more. So back to the city in those newspaper taxis, all the while with your head in the sky, you are gone. In a train in the station you sit in regret, you could not find her, it is your only regret. Yet suddenly someone waits at the turnstile, it's the girl, the girl with the kaleidescope eyes.
