That post is bad and you should feel bad. Summer romances are rarely a good thing in the end (well, for me anyway).
I took this one day on a road trip. I think it turned out well (minus a flaw here and there).
Don't wait that long. Just try and find her on Facebook and see how things go from there.
Remember the words of Wayne Gretzky: "You miss 100% of the shots you never take."

Tornadoes can appear wherever severe weather can occur (which is basically everywhere), so there isn't really an "area that tornadoes won't hit," except for mountainous areas (you won't find a tornado forming in the Rockies or the Appalachians) and Antarctica (the weather is too cold for anything more than snow). Also, don't believe everything you hear/see on TV, or in movies, it most likely isn't true and facts are exaggerated for effect.
As far as whether tornadoes can hit the same area twice, I'd think that it's impossible (assuming that you're talking about another tornado following the same exact path as a previous one in the same storm). And as long as you're in a safe area of your home (as mentioned before: the center-most part of your house or a basement), but if you have advanced warning, it's best to open windows on all floors or your house so that pressure doesn't build and cause more damage to your house.
I'll join. This looks lovely.
But wait! It's dangerous to go alone! Take this:
