easy: just make sure the picture is a gif or a jpg... you probably use paint, so I sugest saving in a jpg. also make sure the dimensions are 400 to 600 or less... and bigger then 20x20

in tony hawk 3 there are several glitches
-doing ollie and pres the ² button 2 times, then you're stuck in the air and you can keep doing flips, grabs, or whatever
-in several level you can get behind the scenes, and get stuck in the air for a while, so you can do a lot of tricks
- in LA you can go on a building, and jump between a small opining of the scene.... handy if you play something like king of the hill or catch the ball... then they can't find you and can't slap you

then again, I only play THPS3 ... and my favorite glitch would be the 3rd... and are probelly other glitches witch I forgot
