Gays should be able to do what they want. Not only do I believe that the church has no place in government but it is my belief that it has no place in a modern culture (just my opinion).
And if you don’t think it effects you then take this into consideration. There are many states in the US that prohibit sodomy by law regardless if you are gay or heterosexual. In this case sodomy is regarded as both anal and oral sex. Who does the church think they are telling two consenting adults what they can or can not do in the bedroom? The only laws that should govern sexual activity are those regarding sex with minors, animal cruelty, and public lewdness for the obvious reason that it violates other peoples (or creatures) consent to participate in or view sexual acts.

Well, there is no set precedent as of yet but I feel that we will hand select members based on a number of things such as seniority, posting habits and general content of posts. Not I. Then again, I and many like me are hard to offend. You’ll find a lot of us here. We prefer to focus on logical thought that to get caught up in emotionally trivial things such as getting worked up over another persons point of view.

I was thinking about joining but I’m not certain if I would care for such a group. I prefer company of those who can take my mind off of pontificating and help me focus on having a good, though albeit somewhat chaotic and frivolous, time with my youth. The highest score I have ever received on an I.Q. test was 143 (and you know that isn’t anything to sneeze at) and the lowest was 124. The later was the result of a test I took while I was heavily inebriated. I wanted to see how smart I was while wasted.

I don’t think I’ve had that. I likes the McRib and the Arch Deluxe (with that peppered bacon that they had). I’m actually still pissed that I can’t get an Arch Deluxe anymore. The weirdest thing I ever had from them was the “Calamari Popers” that the had in the Italian McDonalds.
I fucking love to BBQ! I have this recipe where you marinate short-ribs in cider and lemon juice for 5 hours, apply a rub (My recipe) and indirectly grill for 8 hours. Every half hour spraying with cider and twenty minutes before serving brushing with the sauce of your choice (I mix my own). The meat just falls off the bone. I usually serve this with grilled boneless porkchops stuffed with dry Italian salami, provolone, and prosciuto. As an appetizer I make bacon wrapped shrimp and grilled oysters toped with wasabi-whipedcream.
Ok, now that I’m hungry I think I’ll go fix myself a snack.
I don’t see the problem with porn. In many other countries sex and nudity are socially acceptable and talked about freely. In the US we tend to tip toe around the issue. I believe that this represses a persons sexual identity and can cause it to take an unacceptable turn. In places where sex is less taboo there are proportionately and significantly less sex crimes (such as rape and pedophilia) committed.
I mean, we live in a country where a commercial that shows attractive women trying on jeans can become controversial and even get thrown off TV. We also have an amazingly high rate of sex crimes for a “fully developed world power” nation.
