I've been waiting for an Xbox Live cable thingy for a couple of years now. And now, my dad is even telling me that he'll buy it for me. This sounds great, yes.

But then I think about it, and i think that it could all be a waste of time. Like I should save my dad's money and let him get what he wants, and I shouldn't be so selfish.
This isn't the first time something like this has happened to me before. I've lost so many things with this problem, does anybody know what i can do to help myself out?

This entry might have worked better had it been slightly longer. In a short space of writing like this, it can be tricky to build up on emotional factors, which are obviously important in this entry. As a result, the story itself describes disaster after disaster a little... irrationally, or maybe that's the point. With a longer entry, you could build up description too, which could have been played with a little further. The story itself however, is interesting, and did keep me reading what was there. I definently get what you're saying. Whenever I make up stories, I never think of how it ends first-which might be a huge mistake. I just write and write, until I think I can come up with a good ending.
Even though i didn't do too well, and I feel I've could have done so much better on Part 2, I'm still happy about the results. Congrats to all! It was pretty fun.
