I see this guy all the time and I knew his name was Mason Williams. I just didn't know it was this guy, the multi-million selling record guy. I found out today that he is though.
He's amazing at guitar, and he played with Eric Johnson and a bunch of old guitarists at some Primal Twang concert back a bit ago.
So that was my day, learning that I'm good friends with a big star.

Yeah, um this isn't my first guitar. My dad has, like, 7 others and he doesn't want me to use any of them for myself. I have one Parker Fly, it sounds great, but it has so much chips and the internal battery is fucked up. Specialist said that it'd save you more money if you'd just buy a new one.
I have an old Hagstrom also, but it's an antique.

My Birthday is coming up on the 13th of November, and my dad told me that he could help me pay for an expensive guitar.
Now the self-counscience bastard I am, I wouldn't let him pay for it all, even though he insisted. Instead we're splitting it 50/50. Now the main question, what guitar should I get? I'm getting stuck here, I need something that sounds good when played (strings won't sound like when played, maybe even possible amp settings on the guitar so it's easier turn-off/adjustment).
Please help me and provide a link to the picture/site of the guitar.
