Perhaps that does mean something. Perhaps it doesn't.

There is a popular statistic being shared amongst Paul supporters, and it goes something like this; The last Republican Primary, only 10% of Republicans voted in it. By the poll you have posted, Dr. Paul's supporters make up more than half that number.

So if every Ron Paul supporter voted for him in the primaries, he would be more than likely win.

At least that is the stuff I have been hearing. Although I see it nothing more than a moral booster. Ron Paul seems like a great candidate unlike the demagogues so abundant in the White House bid, but I fear he won't win.

Well whatever. Hail Hilary/Huckabee =(

Shrek's a good example. As is Rugrats, Spongebob, and Fairly Odd Parents. They had some pretty good adult jokes in there.

Response to: Child pornography complaint Posted May 3rd, 2007 in General

And so demonstrates the hastiness of some law enforcement when it comes to child pornography.

Judging by their lethargic investigation, it seems the law enforcement really just wanted to make a scene and break into some houses, instead of discovering any illicit activities.

But hey, the warrant was illegal, so congrats on that. Good luck to ye in future times on this matter.

Getting them extracted tomorrow, and I must ask all you smart people if the pain following the oral surgery is really as bad as everyone claims it to be.

Vicoden and Ibuprofen await me after the surgery, so hopefully it will be enough to equalize the pain.

Why is evil allowed by God?

Well...Someone once said

Cold is the negation of Heat
Darkness is the negation of Light
and Evil is the negation of God.

Well, if you HAD read the ORIGINAL comics then you would have known they were dead serious stories.

In those books Leonardo chopped Shredder's head off. Ralph had a "suicidal" episode. Cussing and gallons of blood were staples as well.

Although serious in their storytelling, the whole concept was a joke from the beginning, a mixture of Frank Miller's Ronin and Daredevil. If you look closely, elements from both are present.

The Mayan calendar stops its day count on December 23, 2012. Apparently the Mayans did a good job of predicting astrological happenings, so we should all worry, or something.

Right. Like this Israel thing for instance. Did it predict this? Zarqawi death? Who knows, thats why I want to know. I got this Eschatological mother, who really loves the end of the world, and just soaks up the Left Behind series and this Bible Code. After reading through it, I couldn't help but really be a doubting Thomas, and looked on the interweb for predictions that turned true, but couldn't find any.

The Bible Code Posted July 15th, 2006 in Politics

Has anyone ever read this book? I havn't, and I have a question to those who have read it: Has the Bible Code, ever, predicted anything? Not Postdicted, predicted? I tried researching it, but alas, I can't actually find what it has predicted.

I thought archaeologists found ancient Greek texts of Revelations (the oldest copies) that said the number wasn't 666, but 616. I don't know maybe i'm just silly.

Response to: PETA and your opinions Posted April 22nd, 2006 in Politics

Guess what! I walk on two legs. I have opposable thumbs. I can write a song, paint a painting, and critique a bad movie. Also, my brain is very powerful, and I can calculate mathematic problems in my head, and even build a technological society that advances each and every year! What am I?

Human. I'm human. I can do all those things listed above. And because of that, I am higher on the food chain. I am above animals. I eat meat, except from other humans, because that is called cannibalism. I am also able to tell what is wrong and what is right. Deliberate torturing animals is wrong, but using them for food and clothing and medical testing is acceptable. They are also there to be our pets, so they can comfort us. But, also, we try to save them if they are endangered. Except for a select few humans, who poach, but I try not to associate with them.

If there is a higher being who is more improved than humans, they have the right to use us for food and testing.

So PETA, why don't you start trying to go after things such as saving elephants and sea turtles? Not trying to get Hamburg and Frankfurt to change their names because they resemble hamburger and hotdogs.

Response to: Does God have mercy for pagans? Posted March 29th, 2006 in Politics

I was watching a show on the History Channel awhile back, and it said Hell could just be a scare tactic, or metaphorical for what life without God will be like. It also went on to explain that Satan might not be infact the embodiment of evil, but more of an accuser in God's court. Also Satan as "The Devil" is never mentioned in the Old Testament. So if Hell doesn't exist, then maybe it's just Heaven?

Response to: Radical Muslims--no Sense Of Humor Posted February 21st, 2006 in Politics

Woot! A real big argument between my mom and dad just took place over this cartoon. My dad purchased a shirt with said cartoon on the front. Now typically I would have disagreed with this, seeing as you should respect ones religion (not to mention, it could more than likely prove to be offensive). But since the protesters' are now killing people over this cartoon that basicaly says all Muslims are violent (Ironic), I told my dad that I havn't a problem. When my moms found out, she blew a fuse. After an argument between me and her, she walked away thinking i'm a prejudice prick. Anyone else see my side?

Response to: Who's Gog and Magog? Posted December 6th, 2005 in Politics

I thought Revelation was John's way of depicting the politics of the time by writing a little blurb about the Roman Empire but disguised it by putting religous archetypes to tell his fellow Chrsitians to not worry. So therefore he writes a thesis on death and destruction.

Thank God they didn't have MySpaces and LiveJournals back then...
