Nobody is taking smoker's rights away here, people are just asking for it to be more regulated, that's all. You still have the right to smoke, just not in public buildings. You can still buy it legally and you can stlil smoke it legally in private or outside. I wish I had even some of those rights for smoking marijuana, which I think is a lesser evil than cigarettes.

Yeah try smoking on an airplane, in a hospital, or in an office and say "no one will ban me from smoking wherever I want". That's bullshit. People say this all the time (changing between 7-15 cigarettes), when marijuana hasn't even been attributed to cancer. Plus I don't smoke enough weed, even if it was as much as you exaggerated it to be. I have some on the weekends with my beer and sometimes but rarely during the week. My bag of weed lasts me a few months and I keep it fresh in the freezer. Hey but at least it's something I can smoke on occasion, whenever I choose to do it, not every 40 minutes when I crave another one.
