And trust me, GAIN is a bitch to get off your computer, they package Kazaa with an older version of it and they don't have an uninstaller for it from the site, you have to track down all the files and even edit the system registry. Its one hell of a bitch.

Old Kazaa has no spyware, but your IP is trackable. While New Kazaa has spyware, but has better privacy features. Which do you pick?

I'm also guessing that the porn industry has to be 18 or 21 years old to become one, that's to protect children from the sex trade like prostitution.

Try to aim for a specific type of flash. The most successful are games, comedy, and storytelling. Games aren't good unless you're very good at scripting. Try to plan out everything before you start working on it. Also try to work on the little stuff, like backgrounds and sound effects.
