This happens to me often, but when I refresh the page and try again the medals usually show up. Try doing this with a game with a medal that's easy to get quickly (and which you haven't gotten yet) to test if the medals are registering in your account when you get them. If not, refresh the page and try agai

I tried opening the game i was playing on a new window after i got a medal, just to see if it registered, and apparently it's alright now.

I'm having problems unlocking medals here on NG for quite some time now. I don't remember exactly when this problem started, but i just know that now i can't unlock medals anymore, even though i receive the message showing that i unlocked a medal on a game. I've tryed many different games, but in none of them, the medal system seems to be working for me.

I would like to know what might be the causes for this problem, you know, if i'm doing something wrong, so i could solve it, because it's really annoying when you waste time playing a game to get a medal, but you end up not getting it because of some unknown cause...
