For a high quality .gif export, you can use this method, or this method. Although I have no idea if those are good or not because I don't mess around with gifs or flash...
I have no idea about the .swf to .gif though, when I try to do some research on it, all I come up with is a bunch of software... Maybe try one of the freewares online. Sorry that I attempted to help you out with the good ole' google instead of personal experience. I would have helped you with personal experience if I had any. I'm liking the frat scene so far Bro.
I felt like experimenting with photoshop. I thought of this after being rained on while walking to classes... It's not much at all, I just thought it looked interesting...

(see what I did there? cock joke)

His legs look a little bit off, either too small for the amount of muscle on him, or oddly shaped. They don't have as much muscle definition as his upper body. Also, I've never thought of satan as the body builder type... I guess he uses his chains as weights when he isn't torturing. Now wait a minute, I thought you said he was a small stooped over man with feeble wings, not a body builder who eats steroids for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
On another note about satan, you should have burn marks on his arms and legs from where the crucifixes touched his skin from when he moves around too much.
The deadline is March 15th or 75 entries, but since you already posted a WIP, you are reserved a spot I believe....

This is very true, the only reason I have spare time is that spring break for my college starts tomorrow after the last class, and I've already completed all of my midterms. Take your time, do a good job, I look forward to seeing what you can do, just try to get it done before the deadline though...

I shall give it a go... give me a few days though, this could take a few attempts.
A few days? All it really needs is a few colors, it doesn't need to be too detailed, just enough to make it look finished.

I also agree with big-jonny-13, you should really think about coloring it. Even if it is a basic coloring, it would really make this image pop. Without color this (to me) looks unfinished compared to the other submissions.

The theme can be something equally as vague, like "Darkness".
I agree that we should do a darkness theme with NG grey. However, I'm still going to rate mine as A even though it will be E or T material...

Oops, I forgot about the rest of your post...
The pen may not register with the tablet because it isn't compatible, if you look on the Wacom products under the pen section, many of the higher level pens say that they are only compatible with certain products.
If you want a pen with an eraser that works, you may not be able to find one because it is the tablet itself that registers imput, and not the pen. So if your tablet is only able to register one imput (the pen tip), you may be out of luck... However, THIS may work, it says it is unable to work with CTE, MTE, or ET model tablets, but a Bamboo Pen is CTL... you may have to look further into this pen if you want an eraser...
As for the pressure, you just have to turn that setting on in the brush presets. For the tilt, I think you would need a higher level model since the pen and sensors in the Bamboo Pen tablet can only pick up pressure and the two buttons on the side of the pen, such as the first link that I gave you regarding higher level pens. Hope I helped some...
The bamboo pen has no eraser on the top, it isn't in the description. If you want an eraser, I think you can buy a different pen that has one. Personally, I just have most of the hot-keys memorized (E=eraser B=brush Z=zoom).
I have no clue what the gas price is around here, mainly because I bike around my campus. Biking is faster (shortcuts through parks), less problems looking for a parking spot, and I get a good workout on the hills. The only downside is when it rains, which it is doing constantly now.... Another downside is that you can actually be pulled over for speeding, which I got to find out first hand (34 mph in a 25 mph zone).

Thanks, I'm thinking about adding a slight silhouette of the cupcake on the inside of the cup and changing the lettering. Thoughts on the changes?

I change my pressure sensitivity under the brush settings. When you click on the Brush tool (B), you will see a bar near the top of your screen that has the shape of your brush (should be a circle as the preset), it also has mode, opacity and other stuff up there as well. There is also a button up on that bar that looks like a folder with a picture of a glass full of tools, click this and you should be shown the brush settings. You can change the pressure settings for a brush in the shape dynamics section.
Ok, I've just finished crying from when you rejected me yesterday. I've also come with a new picture, however, I'm not 100% on the font. Any font color / font type suggestions would be helpful.
April 1st should be a certain theme, and everyone has to make an E rated picture, but instead of rating it E, they should rate it A. So when all of the kids look through the art they see all of our A rated pictures, but in actuality they are really E rated. The pictures should also say April Fools somewhere on them since they may be confused when looking at it.
As for the actual theme, I don't know, typography? I don't think there has been much typography on the art section. Not typography as in generic font with "April Fools" on it, but something creative.

Here we go, I knew the people on here were going to be assholes, the people in the art forum usually are. Knowing this, I decided to work on your background FREE OF CHARGE (if you don't mind the watermark), because I'm nice. Notice, I put your name on the tile, so it would have that cool mosaic look. Don't mind the watermark, if you want it without the mark all you have to do is give me some money. Feel free to use it with the watermark if you don't feel like paying me for my artistic abilities.
Congrats, you've discovered something more distracting than answering text messages while driving. Also, I've heard a little bit about the sling, I've also seen Dish ads where they say you can watch recorded shows on your laptop and smartphone... but I don't watch much TV so I kind of just ignored it. It's cool technology, I wonder what they will come up with next...

Also, for the shows i want to get a crocodile skin style effect on the shoes, would using textures be the best bet for this? or does anyone have any tips, filtering techniques etc. to get this sort of effect?
Looks good so far, but is his jacket supposed to be tucked into his pants? Usually jackets are a little bit longer than the shirt, and go over the pants a little. As for the crocodile shoes, I would probably try to draw that since you aren't going to use textures/filters in the rest of the picture. If you would rather just render it, you can check out this tutorial. It's more of a snake skin, but I bet you can mess around with the settings to get the shapes you want.

I would if I could post more than one picture per post.
Human anatomy is giving me a headache, so I'm going to put the previous WIP on hold. Here is something else that I made for the Artpocalypse Now: Art Collab just now.
Facts are deadlier than fiction.
(this one I don't think needs a little quote, I have it in the picture, but if you insist on having one...) Death is Life.
I hope you don't mind that I didn't shrink the last few down to 550x400, but left them as 2x the size, 1100x800. If you want them smaller, I can easily shrink them down. The picture is from my newest piece, and the quote is from T.S. Eliot. (that picture is my last link).
If you want to make a digital version, you should look into either inkscape (like illustrator) or GIMP (like photoshop). Both of these are free, and a simple google search should bring you to the download link.
As for your 2 newest pictures, they look worlds beyond what I could do. Then again, I have yet to practice proper anatomy. One thing that I do notice is that the first female has odd looking fingers, and they don't appear to have joints. It looks like you took your time with her body, limbs, and head, but then rushed the hands. As for the second female, I can tell you went into a more cartoon-like anatomy either from the time constraint (you said you rushed it), or personal preference. Either way, that picture could probably use some joints in the arms even though it is more of a cartoon person than a realistic person. I also assume you meant to add the eyelashes that are the size of bird wings to her face. Who knows, maybe she uses them to fly around.
Keep up the good work.
Also, I really like the picture of link, but I do wonder where the pig even came from if he is on a small platform over what appears to be water...
