basically....no, but I am making progress.

I want everyone to take a screenshot of their part, then post the pic on the thread. Ive got most, i think all of the author bios, and ive got the main part of the menu done. Ive got the tv drawn up, the stand its on, i need to draw all the objects on the stand, and ive got the main piece in the tv drawn up

heres the main piece I'm talking about:

Response to: The F.l.f Collab(revived) Posted December 15th, 2007 in Game Development

I think the title should be "Funny-lil-Feeling Collab" it fits and the "the" is kinda useless

anyways, gotta get back to work on that menu, ive kinda procrastinated, oh well i will get working on it a lot this week

Response to: The F.l.f Collab(revived) Posted November 29th, 2007 in Game Development

Ok I've figured out my exact design for the menu! so I just need some stuff from you guys:

- a character bio (doomshock posted about it)
-a screenshot of your cartoon
-a character to portray you in the bio's page

thats it! not hard? If you dont post it or send it to doomshock (not Immediatly) by the end of the cartoon I'll leave it blank, maybe add in a (no picture available sign)

Response to: "premature" sound Posted September 23rd, 2007 in Game Development

i know this is way different than that other guys solution, but prolly the easiest thing to do to solve that problem is make a movieclip, then add that sound in the movieclip (add enough frames for the sound) and place that MC into the timeline at the point you want it to start. Then keep it on the real timeline for however long the sound plays for. For an added safety measure, i usually add Stop to the end of the timeline inside the movieclip.

yeah i think or i've got a funny little feeling

the problem with both those titles is that their more than 25 characters, so they would have to be trimmed >.< (i included spaces, so they prolly would work without spaces, but thats always ugly in a title)

Response to: Funny little feeling-song-coll ab Posted September 19th, 2007 in Game Development

well its good to see everypart is taken finally XD i still dont know if you want me to add a button to that preloader i made a while back though >,>

sorry to double post, but common, no one is interested at all?

so send me a pic or cartoon version of yourself, and the costume you want your person as, and I'll draw em for the movie

Response to: Funny little feeling-song-coll ab Posted September 16th, 2007 in Game Development

the parts download link is on page 2 of this collab, the reason being that they were altered after the start of the collab so check the second page for the link

halloween background characters Posted September 15th, 2007 in Game Development

I'm making a halloween cartoon that has a huge party scene. I thought it might be fun to see if anyone would want a character of themselves in the background of the party. I think 15 or so should do for a crowd, so if your interested, post a pic of yourself/ or cartoon character of yourself. Then describe the costume you want your character to be. No extravagant costume ideas please, heres a picture of the style of drawing people I use.

Response to: Funny little feeling-song-coll ab Posted September 9th, 2007 in Game Development

sorry about not posting in the longest while, im just really really lazy >.> but doomshock, i still think the idea of everyone making an avatar of themselves, and adding it to the preloader as a good idea...but then the menu would be pretty small....speaking of the menu, has supperbas finished it?

Response to: Flash Professional 8 Questions Posted September 7th, 2007 in Game Development

to make what you have drawn as a jph, go to file > export settings, click jpg, and then click publish at the bottom. you can also change the quality of the jpg by clicking the jpg bar beside swf, and html at the top.

as for the seeing all the sides of the canvas, you can either
-press Ctrl-shift-w (but you cant select things out of the canvas
-create a top layer that out lines the whole canvas percisely then hide it when you dont need it
-hide the layer of the floor when not needed

Response to: for the halloween contest Posted September 7th, 2007 in Game Development

anytime, as long as you have the preloader, but it would probably be more seasonal to wait till the last two weeks to submit it

go to page 2 of the collab, theres a link to the newest files, because the 1-16 file one, we arent using anymore

Response to: Funny little feeling-song-coll ab Posted August 28th, 2007 in Game Development

heres what ive got for animation so far, mind you, ive only got about half of it done, and I still need to add all the background items to make the scene look nice lol, and when the guy is on the ceiling, the canon person (drawn after main singer in the band) will blast right through the ceiling, then he'll be singing the rest of the clip stuck in the floor lol

Response to: Funny little feeling-song-coll ab Posted August 27th, 2007 in Game Development

well i just noticed that section 12 and 18 are the same, soooo if we dont have anyone doing that one, we could always use tfe's part twice, just a suggestion ^^ cause no one seems to be wanting 18

Response to: Funny little feeling-song-coll ab Posted August 27th, 2007 in Game Development

im guessing that since you didnt assign someone to do the credits, ur gunna do it Doomshock?

Response to: Funny little feeling-song-coll ab Posted August 27th, 2007 in Game Development

well the blood water in the preloader, only seems to go fast with the swf file i showed u guys, when the cartoon is loading, the water effect will be slower because of how fast the person is downloading it ^^ and for my idea of having everyone having themselves drawn, and put on the sides, i think it should be stationary, and not directly linked to how the movie loads, so the people would be like the background image

Response to: Funny little feeling-song-coll ab Posted August 26th, 2007 in Game Development

well i cant find any "blood" sounds that would suit it, but i have some ideas how to make the preloader cooler ^^ as in, editing the song making it quieter (like background music) and only a small clip of the song. As for making the preloader nicer looking we can have everybody in the collab draw themselves, and we can have everyone looking in from the right and left sides of the screen
