You should submit some demos of your voice to the Audio Portal so that people looking for VAs can see what you're good at. It might be a good idea to also check out the Voice Acting chart in the AP to get an idea of what you should aim for as a VA.
You should check out this thread. It can take a little while for users to be banned or approved, sometimes up to two weeks or a little longer. When you haven't noticed anything in that amount of time, you should PM an audio mod -- there's a list in the FAQ.
Hello, and welcome to the audio community. I'd recommend you take a look at both the BBS Rules and the Audio Forum Rules. Spend a good amount of time with the sticky because it has lots of good information for you; threads like these are constantly made, but if people would refer to the sticky first, there wouldn't be so many.

If you're using Windows, try running in safe mode and then attempt to delete it. That has worked for me in the past.
