It means that you cannot use the audio for something that will make money unless you contact the author and make an arrangement. The outcome doesn't necessarily have to be that the audio author will get a share; sometimes they'll let you use the song for free, but if you plan to use the song in something that will generate revenue, you must contact the author of the song to get permission.
You can also find the number at the end of the URL of the track;

To reiterate: In the future, if you find an abusive review, just mark it as such and move on. If it's really itching you, you could PM a review moderator. A list of the site moderators is available in the FAQ. There is no thread to post abusive reviews, and you shouldn't make threads to complain about reviews. There used to be one, but it got out of control.

.sf2 files are soundfonts.
To open a soundfont, hit Channel > Add one > Fruity Soundfont Player. Click on the little folder icon in the soundfont player to browse for your file (or you could drag the file from explorer into FL over the soundfont player), and there you go.

This thread makes me a little sad because The Slip is NIN's only album to actually disappoint me. I only really enjoy a few songs off of it.
Ghosts was sweet, though to me not quite the masterpiece everyone else made it out to be. The best latest work of Trent's IMO is Year Zero.
